About Me
Hi. I’m Chay. I’m an award winning Tech recruiter with over 17 years of experience spanning headhunting, executive search, agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition, startup founding and consulting, and building best-practice recruitment functions.
I’m hands on end-to-end, having partnered with clients ranging from global MNCs to Series A Startups, routinely placing highly targeted talent from junior developers up to CTOs, across most technology domains.
For the past 7 years, I have specialized in partnering closely with startups, most often as a go-to, one-stop resource for their various recruitment needs.
